Craig Venter @ TED Talk
Remark: in some comments by bloggers and the media, Craig Venter is called a “transhumanist”. I do not know if he is a transhumanist, but in most comments the term is used in a negative way to emphasize the picture of the “mad scientist” and I strongly oppose using it in this way, because this does not represent what transhumanism is really about.
